  • Membership is effective for one year, beginning on the first of the month after your application is made. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery card, personal cheques or money orders, Credit card payments will be converted to US funds by your credit card company. If you choose to pay by cheque or money order you must convert your total dues amount in to US funds, or you can pay the equivalent to US in Canadian funds.

The cost for a one-year ARMA Basic membership is $175 US, and an additional fee of $30 US is payable to associate yourself with the NCR (Ottawa) Chapter.   In order to register as a member, everyone, regardless of nationality and location, must visit the ARMA International web site.

 
 
 
Renewing your ARMA-NCR Membership 
 
The application process is quick, simple, payment is online and immediate using a credit card, and your new membership is communicated to the local Director of Membership (me) within 2 weeks.  If online payment is a concern to you, a printable application form may also be downloaded, completed, and mailed with payment to ARMA International.*
 
During the online or paper-based registration process, remember to select the Ottawa NCR Chapter (038) as your local Chapter.  As soon as I have your contact information from ARMA International, I will call to welcome you to the Chapter and to provide you with detailed information about upcoming events and activities. 
 
Please note that ARMA's memberships and member numbers belong to individual people regardless of who pays for the membership. In the event that an ARMA member has left an organization and that organization wishes the membership to be transferred to a new employee, ARMA International allows both the previous member and the new employee to hold the same membership for the remainder of the year. The Supervisor of the initial member should contact ARMA International Member Services to redesignate a membership in this way.

  • STEP 1: Log in to www.arma.org/myarma using your email address and password.
  • STEP 2: Under the "My Membership" tab, select the link for "Personal Information" and follow the on-screen instructions to make sure the information we have on file is accurate.
