Position Title: Library and Records Management Assistant
 
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
 
Type: Regular, Part-time
 
Requirements: two-year certificate program at College or CÉGEP (preferably in a relevant disciple – i.e. Library, Archives and/or Records Management); 2 to 4 years related experience in the fields of library, archives, records management, and/or administration; proficient in various office applications including experience using a document management system (i.e. Documentum) would be considered an asset; experience using health focused electronic databases (i.e. PubMed, PsychINFO, Medline) would be considered an asset; and experience formatting references and using citation management resources (i.e. Mendeley and EndNote) would be considered an asset.
