Position Title: Content Management Functional Analyst (JD966)
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Requirements: Educated with a university or college degree in business, computer science or related field or equivalent; involvement in content, document or records management for a minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years of hands-on functional analysis; 2 years’ experience configuring and supporting EDRMS and/or ECM systems, preferably using Oracle WebCenter Content; understanding of WebCenter configuration and maintenance including managing and updating metadata models and developing workflows to support business processes; ability to interpret customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications; facilitation of group discussions, workshops and training delivery with internal teams and external partners; and advanced analytical and problem solving talents.
Assets: Oracle Certified Specialist; familiarity tuning search engines, such as Endeca; and experience with Oracle WebCenter Sites and Portal.
