About the session: “Change management is the discipline that guides how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes.” – Prosci.

In the GC, M365 is here. It is at the centre of a new discussion.
- How are employees to adopt this change?
- What is this change?
- If, at the heart of any software, leveraging content is the central purpose, what is the role of information professionals in this story?

Attend our next ARMA NCR event to hear from one our very own master story tellers. Hear about a journey involving a change that is faster, more complex, more interdependent and more cross-functional than ever before.

Leave the session knowing the path PCO inserted into the project to ensure a focus on people, and an alignment with the GC Digital Strategy.
